Payment Options
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, paypal and American Express
through our online shopping cart system.
Please make sure that you have a CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS. Payments
received without a confirmed shipping address will cause your order
to be delayed as we will have to contact you for an alternate form
of payment.
Return Policy
Any return must be authorized by a representative of Airbagvest.
A RMA number must be issued before a return will be accepted. Under
no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Do not send
a product back until you have authorization. If you do the package
will be rejected (return to sender). Simply contact Customer Service
to process the return.
No returns will be authorized after three (15) business days of
receipt, unless defective. All packages are shipped with traceable
delivery.
Warranty
We guarantee all Airbagvest products to be free of defects in workmanship
and materials for 60 days after sale date. We will replace or repair,
at our option, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or
alteration. Any alteration to the product voids all warranty.
Shipping
We usually ship our product in (2) business days. Our flat rate charge
($20) is due to our shipping method through UPS.
International Orders
(1) You will pay with a check or international money order.
(2) You
will make your payment to After Surveillance.
(3) You will understand that
we will not ship your product for 15 days after we have deposited
your payment.
(4) You understand that you may not actually receive
your product for up to 30 days.
